High Season (September 1st to March 31st): More than 7 days prior to arrival: Free cancellation and deposit refund Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged
All Seasons: In case of non-presentation ("no-show"), no refund will be issued.
If two cancellation policies apply to a single stay, the arrival date determines the applicable cancellation policy.
