We take the security of our hosts very seriously and we will make sure to conform ourselves to those new rules.

Also, note that we have considerably reinforced our cleaning procedures (which were already very strict before) with this COVID19 crisis. For the last 5 years, Chalets Zenya has offered accommodations with a great care for cleaniless, security and wellbeing of our guests. The cleanliness of our properties is without compromise for your safety and the following actions are being applied for all stays:

  • Additional disinfection of the entire house with a particular attention to all surfaces: door handles, switches, handrails, remote controls, furniture and more.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers available in each cottage for our guest to use.
  • Customers who have been in contact with infected persons or who themselves have symptoms cannot access our establishments.
  • In order to limit contacts, no visit by our maintenance people will occur during stays unless there is an important emergency. Only outdoor maintenance (pools and grass cutting) will be allowed during the day.
  • No registration check-in is required. Access to the chalet is through a numeral door lock.

Important Details

Terms and conditions

Payment is made to the establishment. Lodging taxes, GST and PST are not included. 100% of the amount + taxes is payable upon reservation to guarantee it.

Method of payment: by e-Interac transfer (no charge) or by credit card (4% admin fee).

A $1500 refundable security deposit will be temporarily frozen (not charged) on your credit card 15 days prior to the arrival date. This amount will be released on your credit card within 24/48 hours following your departure, if no damage is found and if the chalet is returned in the same condition as it was on arrival.

No arrival or departure on saturdays. Any reservation with a saturday arrival or departure date will be automatically cancelled. The reservation is valid for the number of persons indicated on the booking. A strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied. An additional fee of 100$ + taxes per night per person will be charged for any additional person not declared.

Please note that it is important to comply with municipal regulations by keeping quiet after 10pm out of respect for the neighbourhood (no "big party"). A security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10:00 pm and/or night disturbance will be withheld.
