Cancellation policy
HIGH SEASON (June 15 to Oct 15, 2025 + Jan 4 to March 7, 2026 + June 19 to Oct 18, 2026 + Jan 6 to March 21, 2027):
Free cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date. No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance. If there are two cancellation policies for a single stay, the arrival date determines the applicable policy. No refunds in case of a no-show.
LOW SEASON:
Free cancellation more than 48 hours before the arrival date. No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
NON-REFUNDABLE PERIODS AT ALL TIMES:
December 24, 2025 to January 3, 2026; September 11 & 12, 2026; and December 18, 2026 to January 3, 2027.
If there are two cancellation policies for one stay, the arrival date will determine the applicable cancellation policy.
